Rowndiau Grant Newydd Sefydliad Cymunedol Cymru

Heddiw bydd Sefydliad Cymunedol Cymru yn rhyddhau dau Rownd Grant newydd, Cronfa Addysg ar gyfer Dinbych a’r Cyffiniau a Chronfa Waddol Cymunedol Sir Ddinbych. Bydd y ddau grant yn caniatáu i Unigolion wneud cais am hyd at £500 a Sefydliadau i wneud cais am hyd at £1,000. Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer y ddau grant yw'r ail wythnos ym mis Ionawr.
Cronfa Addysg ar gyfer Dinbych a’r Cyffiniau
Mae’r Gronfa ar gyfer Dinbych a’r Cyffiniau yn cefnogi addysg unigolion a mentrau addysgol penodol. Mae’r prosiect yn chwilio am geisiadau gan:
Prosiectau sy’n cefnogi cyrhaeddiad/datblygiad addysgol plant a phobl ifanc rhwng 11 a 25 oed.
Prosiectau sydd wedi’u lleoli mewn ysgolion/colegau sy’n cefnogi hyfforddiant galwedigaethol, materion iechyd a ffyrdd iach o fyw
Prosiectau cynhwysiant addysgol gyda chymorth ar gyfer myfyrwyr rhwng 11 a 25 oed ar ffurf bwrsariaethau, ysgoloriaethau, cymorth teithio, diwylliant, chwaraeon, gwobrau ar gyfer cyrhaeddiad a deunyddiau/cyfarpar addysgol (nid yw hon yn rhestr gynhwysfawr)

Nod Cronfa Waddol Gymunedol Sir Ddinbych yw ariannu mentrau addysgol. Mae’r gronfa yn chwilio am geisiadau gan y canlynol:

Prosiectau sy’n cefnogi datblygiad addysgol plant yn y blynyddoedd cynnar

Prosiectau cyflawni addysgol gan gynnwys dysgu gydol oes
Prosiectau cynhwysiant addysgol gyda chymorth i fyfyrwyr unigol talentog ar ffurf ysgoloriaethau, cymorth teithio, chwaraeon, gwobrau ar gyfer cyrhaeddiad a deunyddiau addysgol

Community Foundation Wales New Grant Rounds
Today Community Foundation Wales will be releasing two new Grant Rounds, the Education Fund for Denbigh and Surrounding Area and the Denbighshire Community Endowment Fund. Both grants will allow Individuals to apply for up to £500 and Organisations to apply for up to £1,000. The deadline for both grants is the second week in January.
Education Fund for Denbigh and Surrounding Area
The Education Fund for Denbigh and Surrounding Area supports the education of individuals and specific educational initiatives. The fund seeks applications from:
Projects that support the educational attainment/development of children and young people between the ages of 11 and 25 years
School/college based projects that support vocational training, health matters and healthy living
Education inclusion projects with support for individual students between the ages of 11 and 25 years in the form of bursaries, scholarships, travel assistance, culture, sport, prizes for attainment and educational materials/equipment (this list is not exhaustive)

Denbighshire Community Endowment Fund.
The Denbighshire Community Endowment Fund aims to fund educational initiatives. The fund seeks application from:
Projects that support the educational development of school aged children and young people
Projects that support the educational development of children in the early years
School based projects that support health matters and healthy living
Educational attainment projects including lifelong learning
Education inclusion projects with support for talented individual students in the form of scholarships, travel assistance, sport, prizes for attainment and educational materials
