Grant Pwysau’r Gaeaf 21/22 yn ymwneud ag Iechyd Meddwl ac Anableddau Dysgu

Wrth i Fwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr ein cefnogi i adfer ein gwasanaeth yn sgil effeithiau Covid19 ac ymateb i bwysau’r gaeaf, mae gan yr Adran Iechyd Meddwl ac Anableddau Dysgu gyllid ar gael i’w rannu gyda mudiadau Trydydd Sector ledled Gogledd Cymru.


Mwy am y Gronfa


Nod y cyllid yw sicrhau bod mwy o ddarpariaeth a gwasanaethau gweithgareddau llesiant, cefnogaeth ataliol ac adnoddau sy’n effeithio’n gadarnhaol ar iechyd meddwl i bobl ledled Gogledd Cymru gan sicrhau eu bod yn gallu manteisio arnyn nhw yn ogystal.


Bydd Cyngor Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Sir Ddinbych yn cynnal y broses ymgeisio gyda sefydliadau yn y Sir, gan gadw at y broses ganlynol:

  • Mae mudiadau sy’n cynnig gwasanaethau a/neu weithgareddau perthnasol i drigolion Sir Ddinbych yn gymwys i geisio am grant o hyd at £10,000.

  • Gellir defnyddio’r cyllid tuag at gostau refeniw a/neu gyfalaf.

  • Bydd angen gwario’r cyllid erbyn diwedd Mawrth 2022 fodd bynnag, gall prosiectau a gweithgareddau barhau hyd ddiwedd mis Mai / dechrau mis Mehefin.

  • Rydym yn eich annog i gyflwyno ceisiadau ar y cyd gyda mudiadau eraill

Nod y gweithgaredd gaiff ei ariannu ydy:


  • Sicrhau mwy o wasanaethau hunanofal a sicrhau ei fod yn haws manteisio arnyn nhw.

  • Sicrhau bod modd manteisio ar y cymorth cywir, yn haws, ac ar yr adeg briodol.

  • Gwella’r cyfleusterau sy’n fodd i bobl fanteisio ar gefnogaeth gyda’u hiechyd meddwl.

  • Cydnabod a mynd i’r afael gydag un neu fwy o benderfynyddion iechyd ehangach a’r effaith y gallan nhw gael ar iechyd meddwl gwael (er enghraifft, iechyd corfforol, tai a chymryd rhan mewn bywyd teuluol / gwaith / y gymuned).

  • Ymdrechu i leihau’r stigma ynghylch anghenion cymorth iechyd meddwl a sicrhau modd i bobl siarad yn fwy agored am eu profiadau.

Rydym yn gweithredu proses gwneud penderfyniadau cyflym gyda grantiau yn cael eu hystyried ar sail dreigl nes bod cronfeydd yn cael eu talu. Byddwch yn clywed gennym o fewn 14 diwrnod i chi gyflwyno eich cais os yw wedi bod yn llwyddiannus. Gwnewch gais cyn gynted â phosibl i sicrhau bod eich menter neu brosiect yn derbyn cyllid!

Mental Health & Learning Disability Winter Pressures 21/22 Grant


As Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board support our recovery from the effects of Covid19, and respond to winter pressures, the Mental Health & Learning Disability Division has funding available for distribution to Third Sector organisations across North Wales.


About the Fund


The aim of this funding is to increase the provision, availability and access to well-being activity, preventative support and resources that have a positive impact on mental health, for people across North Wales.


Denbighshire Voluntary Services Council will be hosting the grant application process with organisations in the county, adhering to the following process:


  • Organisations who deliver relevant services and/ or activities for Denbighshire County residents via grants of up to a maximum of £10,000.

  • The funding can be used for revenue and/or capital costs.

  • Funds will need to be spent by the end of March 2022 however projects and activities can run until the end of May / early June

  • Joints bids with other organisations are encouraged

Funded activity will aim to:


  • Allow increased / improved access to self-care.

  • Allow better access to the right help at the right time.

  • Improve facilities that will enable people to access support with their mental health.

  • Recognise and address one or more of the wider determinants of health and the impact they can have on mental ill health (for example, physical health, housing and participation in family life/ work/ the community).

  • Have impact to lessen stigma around mental health support needs and allow more ability to talk openly.

We are operating a rapid grant decision-making process with applications being considered on a rolling basis until funds are disbursed. You will hear from us within 14 days of submission if your application has been successful. Apply as soon as possible to ensure your initiative or project receives funding!
