Penodiad i Gyngor Iechyd Cymuned Gogledd Cymru - Enwebiadau Aelodau’r Trydydd Sector
Ydych chi ar hyn o bryd yn rhan o sefydliad y trydydd sector (gwirfoddol) yn ardal Sir Ddinbych? (Efallai eich bod yn wirfoddolwr, ar y bwrdd, neu yn aelod o staff neu’n ofalwr)
A hoffech chi wneud gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol a dylanwadu ar wasanaethau iechyd lleol er budd pobl leol?
Mae Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru eisiau penodi aelodau gwirfoddol i CIC Gogledd Cymru. Cynghorau Iechyd Cymuned yw ‘corff gwarchod’ annibynnol y cyhoedd o’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol yng Nghymru. Maent yn cynrychioli budd y cyhoedd ac yn chwarae rhan bwysig yn dylanwadu ar y ffordd y caiff gwasanaethau iechyd eu cynllunio, eu cyflwyno a’u gwella.
Mae aelodau Cynghorau Iechyd Cymuned yn wirfoddolwyr a’u rôl yw gweithredu fel llygaid a chlustiau cleifion a’r cyhoedd, gan wrando ar eu pryderon a gweithio gyda’r gwasanaeth iechyd i wella ansawdd gofal cleifion. Cafodd CIC Gogledd Cymru ei sefydlu o 1 Ebrill 2010 gyda’r Pwyllgorau Lleol canlynol:
Conwy, Sir Ddinbych, Sir Fflint, Gwynedd, Wrecsam ac Ynys Môn.
Fel Aelod o’r Cyngor Iechyd Cymuned bydd disgwyl i chi ymrwymo rhwng 21 a 35 o oriau y mis, a gellir cytuno ar hyn rhyngoch chi a’r Cyngor Iechyd Cymuned. Nid yw aelodau’n cael eu talu ond maent yn gallu hawlio costau a threuliau cydnabyddiaeth. Noder, mae’n rhaid i chi fod yn ymddiriedolwr neu’n wirfoddolwr gyda sefydliad y trydydd sector sy’n gweithredu yn ardal berthnasol (awdurdod lleol) y Pwyllgor Lleol.
Bydd gan bob Pwyllgor Lleol dri lle trydydd sector, wedi eu henwebu gan y Cyngor Gwirfoddol Sirol perthnasol. Mae’r Cyngor Iechyd Cymuned yn chwilio am bobl o bob cefndir – y gofyniad pwysicaf yw diddordeb gwirioneddol yn gwella gwasanaethau iechyd ar gyfer eich cymuned. Mae rhai sgiliau allweddol a fyddai o fantais yn cynnwys: diddordeb mewn materion iechyd lleol a dealltwriaeth ohonynt; gallu i weithio mewn tîm a chydag ystod amrywiol o bobl; a’r gallu i wrando ar eraill a chyfnewid syniadau.

Appointment to North Wales Community Health Council - Third Sector Member Nominations
Appointment to North Wales Community Health Council - Third Sector Member Nominations
Are you currently part of a third sector (voluntary) organisation in the Denbighshire area? (You may be a volunteer, on the board, a member of staff or a carer)
Would you like to make a positive difference and influence local health services for the benefit of local people?
The Welsh Assembly Government is seeking to appoint volunteer members to the North Wales CHC. CHCs are the public’s independent ‘watchdog’ of the National Health Service in Wales. They represent the public interest and play an important role in influencing the way that health services are planned, delivered and improved.
CHC members are volunteers and their role is to act as the eyes and ears of patients and the public, listening to their concerns and working with the health service to improve the quality of patient care. The North Wales Community Health Council was established from 1 April 2010 with the following Local Committees:
Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham and Ynys Môn.
As a Member of the CHC you will be expected to commit between 21 and 35 hours per month, arrangements of which can be agreed between you and the CHC. Members are not paid but are able to claim remuneration costs and expenses. Please note, you must be a trustee, employee or volunteer with a third sector organisation operating in the Local Committee (local authority) area concerned.
Each Local Committee will have three third sector places, nominated by the relevant County Voluntary Council. The CHC is looking for people from all walks of life - the most important requirement is a genuine interest in improving health services for your community. Some key skills which would be useful include: an interest in and understanding of local health issues; being able to work in a team and with a diverse range of people; and an ability to listen to others and exchange views.
