Cronfa Pwysau Gaeaf

[Please scroll down for English]

Bydd y Gronfa Grant Pwysau Gaeaf yn anelu at ariannu gweithgaredd lleol yn uniongyrchol a all helpu i leddfu pwysau, creu capasiti / gweithgaredd ychwanegol, neu ymestyn gweithgaredd presennol lle mae cronfeydd eraill yn dod i ben.

Pwrpas y Gronfa Pwysau Gaeaf:

Bydd grantiau'n cefnogi sefydliadau dielw sy'n gweithio ar raddfa gymunedol leol yng Nghymru a gallant fod rhwng £500 - £ 5,000. Gallwn ystyried ceisiadau y tu allan i'r ystod hon, ond cysylltwch â ni yn gyntaf i drafod. Mae'r gronfa hon yn canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar gyllid refeniw; fodd bynnag, gall eich cais am gyllid gynnwys costau ar gyfer prynu offer ‘cyfalaf’ llai gan gynnwys nwyddau traul (er enghraifft PPE).

Nid yw'r Gronfa Pwysau Gaeaf yn rhagnodol, mae'r gronfa'n ymatebol i anghenion darparwyr gwasanaeth y sector gwirfoddol.

Gwahoddir prosiectau i ymgeisio o dan y blaenoriaethau canlynol:

· Iechyd meddwl

· Iechyd corfforol

· Tlodi tanwydd

· Trafnidiaeth Gymunedol

· Diogelwch bwyd

Gellir ariannu gweithgaredd i'w gyflawni hyd at 31 Mawrth 2022. Rhagwelir y bydd gweithgaredd yn cychwyn cyn gynted ag y rhoddir y grant, os hoffech ddyddiad cychwyn gohiriedig, cysylltwch â ni cyn ei gyflwyno.

Rydym yn gweithredu proses gwneud penderfyniadau cyflym gyda grantiau yn cael eu hystyried ar sail dreigl nes bod cronfeydd yn cael eu talu. Byddwch yn clywed gennym o fewn 14 diwrnod i chi gyflwyno eich cais os yw wedi bod yn llwyddiannus. Gwnewch gais cyn gynted â phosibl i sicrhau bod eich menter neu brosiect yn derbyn cyllid!

Winter Pressures Fund

The Winter Pressures Grant Fund will aim to directly fund local activity that can help to alleviate pressures, create additional capacity/activity, or extend existing activity where other funds are running out.

Purpose of the Winter Pressures Fund:

Grants will support not for profit organisations working at a local community scale in Wales and can be between £500 – £5,000. We can consider requests outside this range, but please contact us first to discuss. This fund is primarily focused on revenue funding; however, your funding request can contain costs for purchases of smaller ‘capital’ equipment including consumables (for example PPE).

The Winter Pressures Fund is not prescriptive, the fund is responsive to the needs of voluntary sector service deliverers.

Projects are invited to apply under the following priorities:

· Mental health

· Physical health

· Fuel poverty

· Community Transport

· Food security

Activity can be funded for delivery up to 31 March 2022. It is anticipated that activity will begin as soon as award of the grant is made, if you would like a deferred start date, please contact us ahead of submission.

We are operating a rapid grant decision-making process with applications being considered on a rolling basis until funds are disbursed. You will hear from us within 14 days of submission if your application has been successful. Apply as soon as possible to ensure your initiative or project receives funding!
