DVSC announces FREE coaching and consultancy for Not for Profits / CGGSDd yn cyhoeddi Hyfforddiant a

Good news for Not For Profit Leaders!
In conjunction with Michelle Hurst at BellaNero Consulting we can now offer FREE coaching and consultancy for Not for Profit (NFP) leaders who are delivering services in Denbighshire.
We recognise that NFP CEOs and other leaders are working continuously hard to adapt their service models, support everyone around them, drive income and invariably delivering even more for less in these uncertain times.
This project gives Charity, Social Enterprise, and Community Interest Company leaders, who are responding to covid-19 impacts in Denbighshire, the opportunity to talk through organisational challenges and identify and/or sense-check answers. As well as a sounding board, it includes the flexibility for hands on co-production of plans such as income generation; forecasting; communication; service model adaptation; amongst others.
The service is available as 4 x 1-hour blocks of time and NFPs can apply for 1 or more blocks of time with a total of 100 hours available.

Ar y cyd â Michelle Hurst o ymgynghorwyr BellaNero gallwn nawr gynnig hyfforddiant ac ymgynghoriaeth AM DDIM i arweinwyr sefydliadau dielw (SD) sy'n darparu gwasanaethau yn Sir Ddinbych.
Rydym yn cydnabod bod Prif Weithredwyr SD ac arweinwyr eraill yn gweithio'n galed yn i addasu eu modelau gwasanaeth yn barhaus, cefnogi’r rhai o'u cwmpas, gyrru incwm ac yn ddieithriad yn darparu hyd yn oed mwy am lai yn yr amseroedd ansicr hyn.
Mae'r prosiect hwn yn rhoi cyfle i arweinwyr Elusennau, Mentrau Gymdeithasol a Chwmnïau Budd Cymunedol, sy'n ymateb i effeithiau cofid-19 yn Sir Ddinbych, siarad trwy heriau sefydliadol a nodi a / neu wirio synnwyr. Yn ogystal â seinfwrdd, mae'n cynnwys yr hyblygrwydd ar gyfer cyd-gynhyrchu cynlluniau fel cynhyrchu incwm yn ymarferol; rhagweld; cyfathrebu; addasu model gwasanaeth; ymhlith eraill.
Mae'r gwasanaeth ar gael fel blociau amser 4 x 1 awr a gall SD wneud cais am 1 neu fwy bloc o amser gyda chyfanswm o 100 awr ar gael.
