#COVID19 Emergency Grant Opportunities

Are you organising voluntary activities to support your community during this #COVID19 public health emergency? Then take a look at the #COVID19 emergency grants that are available and apply today!

DVSC's #COVID19 Emergency grant round is now open

Grant criteria have been relaxed to inspire change makers throughout Denbighshire to take action. Individuals running small businesses will be able to apply with activities that support their community alongside volunteers, voluntary and community groups, third sector organisations, social enterprises and Town and Community Councils.

Helen Wilkinson, DVSC's Chief Executive explains: "We are operating a rapid grant decision making process with applications being considered on a rolling basis until funds are disbursed. You will hear from us within 14 days of submission. Apply as soon as possible to ensure your initiative or project receives funding!"

WCVA grant schemes

Charities and voluntary organisations in Wales are facing challenging and uncertain times during the current #COVID19 outbreak. The Third Sector Support Wales partnership is committed to getting resources to individuals, groups and organisations.

We are delighted to announce that WCVA, a member of Third Sector Support Wales partner, has launched two grant schemes:

Third Sector Resilience Fund for Wales Funding to provide cash flow support for voluntary organisations in Wales during the current #COVID19 crisis. For more information: bit.ly/3rdSector_Resilience_Fund

The Voluntary Services Emergency Scheme A new grant scheme to enable voluntary organisations providing vital support during the Coronavirus crisis to continue and expand their work: bit.ly/Voluntary_Services_Emergency_Fund

National Lottery Awards for All and People and Places

The National Lottery Community Fund has updated their support for communities in Wales during the #COVID19 crisis.

Over the coming 6 months they will prioritise applications that are #COVID19 related:

  • Organisations supporting people who are at high risk from #COVID19

  • Organisations supporting communities most likely to face increased demand and challenges as a direct result of measures to prevent the result of #COVID19

  • Organisations with high potential to support communities with the direct and indirect impact of #COVID19

DVSC and the #COVID19 Community Coordinators can provide advice and guidance on the funding available and provide additional support in preparing grant applications if you need it! Mae’r meini prawf derbyn grantiau wedi’u llacio i ysbrydoli pobl sydd am sicrhau newid ledled Sir Ddinbych i weithredu. Bydd unigolion sy’n cynnal busnesau bach yn medru gwneud cais ar gyfer gweithgareddau sy’n cefnogi eu cymunedau ochr yn ochr â gwirfoddolwyr, grwpiau gwirfoddol a chymunedol, sefydliadau trydydd sector, mentrau cymdeithasol a Chynghorau Tref a Chymuned.

CGGC gynllunau grant

Mae elusennau a mudiadau gwirfoddol yng Nghymru yn wynebu cyfnod heriol ac ansicr iawn yn ystod yr argyfwng #COVID19 cyfredol. Mae partneriaeth Cefnogi Trydydd Sector Cymru wedi ymrwymo i sicrhau bod unigolion, grwpiau a mudiadau’n cael adnoddau.

Mae Cronfa Gymuned y Loteri Genedlaethol wedi diweddaru’i chefnogaeth i gymunedau yng Nghymru yn ystod yr argyfwng #COVID19.

Byddant yn rhoi blaenoriaeth i geisiadau sy’n gysylltiedig â #COVID19 yn ystod y chwe mis nesaf:

  • Mudiadau sy’n cefnogi pobl sy’n wynebu risg uchel #COVID19

  • Mudiadau sy’n cefnogi cymunedau sydd fwyaf tebygol o wynebu mwy o heriau a galw o ganlyniad uniongyrchol i’r mesurau i atal lledaeniad #COVID19

  • Mudiadau sy’n meddu ar botensial uchel i gefnogi cymunedau gydag effeithiau uniongyrchol ac anuniongyrchol #COVID19
