DVSC is currently recruiting for a host of new posts. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and contribute to its enterprise development. We have secured the lease to operate Ruthin’s Market Hall. We are also in the process of taking over the Naylor Leyland Centre where we are based. These two venues, developed to form a Hwb, are going to play a big part in our future.
Hwb Innovation Lead - To take the lead on developing these premises into a Hwb from which we will deliver new and existing services to our members and the community as a whole, create new income streams for DVSC and our members and invigorate the local economy. To lead and develop DVSC’s Hwb delivery team to provide DVSC’s core services in a dynamic, enterprising and customer focused way and to ensure Hwb activities are integrated with and drive DVSC activities. To spot opportunities that enable DVSC to diversify income streams and develop services that meet identified needs. Enterprise and Learning Officer - To support the HIL to develop these premises into a Hwb from which we will, deliver new and existing services to our stakeholders and the community as a whole, create new income streams for DVSC and our stakeholders and Invigorate the local economy To lead on DVSCs Enterprise and Learning programme of activities and our Sector Support Service providing support, information and training to DVSC stakeholders, and communities in Denbighshire. Market Hall Support Officer - To support the HIL to develop these premises into a Hwb from which we will deliver new and existing services to our members and the community as a whole, create new income streams for DVSC and our members and invigorate the local economy To lead on the practical day to day delivery of the Market Hall and the development and delivery of DVSC’s market offer networking and developing the list of stallholders. Marketing and Engagement Support Officer - To support the Marketing Engagement Officer (MEO) to provide marketing and engagement support to the Hwb delivery team (specifically Dementia Aware Community Led Programme -DACLP, and our core delivery work through Third Sector Support Wales - *TSSW). Preparation and production of marketing materials for events and activities. Supporting on social media, press releases, communications, events for Hwb delivery team. Business Development Officer - To respond to grant funding and tender opportunities and re-tenders enabling DVSC to sustain existing services and achieve social enterprise growth. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies for success and produce compelling bid documentation within deadlines. You will also support other team members to develop confidence and skills in developing funding proposals.
DVSC Associate opportunities -In the next year we anticipate new opportunities for work in the area of community engagement, community resource mapping and community enterprise development. We are initially looking for Associates in the areas of Community engagement, Community and service mapping, Impact assessment, Business and strategic planning, Marketing and promotion (including the development of Market strategies) and financial management and forecasting

Mae Cyngor Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Sir Ddinbych (CGGSDd) yn recriwtio i lu o swyddi newydd ar hyn o bryd. Mae hwn yn gyfnod cyffrous i ymuno gyda’r sefydliad a chyfrannu at ei ddatblygiad menter gymdeithasol. Rydym ni wedi sicrhau’r les i weithredu Neuadd y Farchnad Rhuthun. Rydym ni hefyd yn y broses o dderbyn cyfrifoldeb am Ganolfan Naylor Leyland, lle rydym ni wedi’n lleoli. Mae’r ddau leoliad yma, wedi’u datblygu i ffurfio Hwb, yn mynd i chwarae rhan fawr yn ein dyfodol ni. Swyddog Cymorth Neuadd y Farchnad – Cefnogi Arweinydd Arloesi’r Hwb i ddatblygu’n safleoedd yn Hwb ar gyfer darparu gwasanaethau cyfredol a gwasanaethau newydd i’n haelodau a’r gymuned yn ei chyfanrwydd, creu ffrydiau incwm newydd i CGGSDd a’n haelodau a sbarduno’r economi leol. Arwain at weithrediadau ymarferol o ddydd i ddydd Neuadd y Farchnad a datblygu a chyflawni cynnig marchnad CGGSDd, rhwydweithio a datblygu’r rhestr stondinwyr. Swyddog Cymorth Marchnata ac Ymgysylltu – Cefnogi’r Swyddog Marchnata ac Ymgysylltu i ddarparu cymorth marchnata ac ymgysylltu i Dîm Cyflawni’r Hwb (yn benodol y Rhaglen Dementia Ymwybodol dan arweiniad y Gymuned, a’n gwaith craidd trwy gyfrwng Cefnogi Trydydd Sector Cymru). Paratoi a chynhyrchu deunyddiau marchnata ar gyfer digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau. Cefnogi Tîm Cyflawni’r Hwb ar y cyfryngau cymdeithasol, gyda datganiadau i’r wasg, cyfathrebu a digwyddiadau. Swyddog Datblygu Busnes – Ymateb i gyfleoedd cyllid grant a thendrau ac aildendro, gan alluogi CGGSDd i gynnal gwasanaethau cyfredol a chyflawni twf mentrau cymdeithasol. Byddwn yn adnabod cyfleoedd, datblygu strategaethau ar gyfer llwyddiant a chynhyrchu dogfennau argyhoeddiadol yn unol â therfynau amser. Byddwn hefyd yn rhoi cymorth i aelodau eraill y tîm ddatblygu hyder a sgiliau wrth ddatblygu cynigion cyllido.
Cyfleoedd Aelodau Cyswllt CGGSDd – Rydym yn rhagweld y bydd cyfleoedd newydd ym meysydd ymgysylltu gyda’r gymuned, mapio adnoddau cymunedol a datblygu mentrau cymdethasol yn ystod y flwyddyn nesaf. Rydym yn chwilio am Aelodau Cyswllt ym meysydd Ymgysylltu gyda’r Gymuned, mapio gwasanaethau ac adnoddau cymunedol, asesu’r effaith, cynllunio busnes a strategol, marchnata a hyrwyddo (yn cynnwys datblygu strategaethau’r Farchnad) a rheolaeth a rhagfynegi ariannol.
Mae’r disgrifiad swydd ynghyd â manyleb yr unigolyn, gwybodaeth ychwanegol a ffurflen gais ar gael ar ein gwefan, ar y dudalen Gweithio gyda ni. Mae CGGSDd yn cynnal menter gymdeithasol ac mae’r holl swyddi yn y sefydliad yn ddarostyngedig i adolygiad cyllido blynyddol.
