Christmas Greeting from DVSC
Message from Helen Wilkinson, Chief Executive, on behalf of #TeamDVSC
Christmas has come early for 6 voluntary and community groups doing great work to promote #Awareness about #Autism. Read our press release here. In addition we would like to encourage everyone to do a bit of micro volunteering in the run up to Christmas and during the Christmas break by taking part in our Connect4Christmas #DenbighshireVolunteers social media campaign.
Ending the year with such a good news story gives #TeamDVSC great pleasure and makes all the hard work worth it! We’re also pleased to end the year by sharing with our members, partners and supporters, our audited accounts for 2017-2018 which show continued improvement in our financial performance, sustainability and service offer. You can see these on our website, https://www.dvsc.co.uk/our-annual-report or on the Charity Commission website here. We expect to be reporting even better results next year.
2018 has been a super busy year for us with a new logo, new website, a redesign of our Bulletins, continued development of our Sector Support offer not to mention developing new funded projects so we are all looking forward to a well-earned break.
Our offices are closed from Friday 21 December and will reopen on Wednesday 2 January and the first Open Doors of 2019 will be Friday, 4th of January.
In the meantime, #TeamDVSC would like to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and Best Wishes for the New Year.
