The Auditor General for Wales wants to hear the views of third sector bodies on social care assessments. This is part of a national study on First point of contact assessments under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.

The third sector has a crucial role to play in social care needs assessments and it is vital we hear your views as part of our study. To do this, we have developed a questionnaire to find out your views on these assessments across Wales. This is your chance to have your say – the survey will only take 10 minutes to complete, but will have a significant impact in shaping our national report on social services across Wales. Please complete and submit your response by 31 December 2018.

We have also developed an easy read version of our survey – please see attached. You can submit this to council.studies@audit.wales. If you have any queries please feel free to get in touch with us on this email address or by calling 02920 320500.
