Motiv-8 are holding a Festival of Fun activities for Physical, mental health and wellbeing at The BarnZip World Stadium Eirias Park Colwyn Bay LL29 7SP on the 20th September 2018.

Activities will include African Drumming, Surf Simulator, Penalty Shootout, Rugby (special appearance by WWRU legend Rachel Taylor) Adapted Cycling, Arts & Crafts and Tai Chi.

As well as the FREE Taster Sessions, there will be information on activities in your local area for the body and mind, suitable for all ages and abilities
