Launch of DVSC’s new corporate website

DVSC is proud to be launching its brand new bilingual corporate website which you can find at dvsc.co.uk. The Welsh website can be accessed via a button at the top of every page or if you wish to view the Welsh website directly please visit cggsdd.co.uk.

The website is the continuation of the development of DVSC’s corporate identity, which included the launch of our new Logo in February, which chimes with the brand identity of Third Sector Support Wales. DVSC is the Denbighshire arm of Third Sector Support Wales.

This new website captures the change DVSC has been through over the course of the last few years with a renewed focus on our core mission; supporting our members, working with them to strengthen the voice and impact of the third sector in Denbighshire, and promoting understanding and awareness among our partners about the importance of a sustainable third sector so that together we can build resilient communities.

One of the most useful features of the new website is a regular blog where members of the DVSC team will post information and articles about their activities. To keep updated members and partners can subscribe for news updates.

Helen Wilkinson, DVSC’s Chief Executive writing in the welcome blog comments:

“Spring is a time of growth, and we’re delighted to finally be in a position to launch our new website. We are a small but agile team, committed to having a positive impact on the people we support and to provide high quality services to volunteers, members, partners and stakeholders. Our focus is our members, and delivering the best possible services to them thanks to core funding from the Welsh Government”.

DVSC’s new website has been designed with our members in mind and offers a wealth of advice and guidance through our information sheets as well as sector support and engagement sections of the site. You will also find information about the various networks, Forums and Groups that DVSC both host and are members of, including our Membership Forum and the Third Sector Partnership Group, as well as how to hire one of DVSC’s rooms for your events and activities which includes our brand new downstairs lounge area.

Also included is a Member’s Only Forum where DVSC members can post updates about their upcoming events and activities, promote vacancies within their organisations as well gain support and have questions answered by DVSC staff members as well as other members. If you are a member of DVSC, or would like to become a member of DVSC, and would like access to this section of the website then please get in touch with our Membership and Business Support Administrator via email at membership@dvscc.o.uk.

Damon Jones, DVSC’s Membership and Business Support Administrator who has been responsible for managing and coordinating the build of the new website says:

“With the creation of such a large website there are sections we are still working on and we appreciate your patience while we complete them. If there are things you need from DSVC that are currently not available via the new corporate website then please contact us and we will help to support you as much as we can.
